الأحكام والشروط
Dear Trainee,
Welcome to the Khadija Holistic Platform. We are proud to serve you throughout the duration of your training course. To provide you with the best training service, we kindly ask you to review the platform’s terms and conditions and agree to them before completing the registration process. This is to organize the rights and responsibilities related to enrollment in the training course.
عزيزي المتدرب/ة أهلا بانضمامك الى منصة خديجة هوليستك، نحن نفخر بخدمتك طوال مدة دورة التدريبية، ولتقديم أفضل خدمة تدريبية لك، أرجو من سيادتك الإطلاع على قائمة الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالمنصة، والموافقة عليها قبل اتمام خطوات التسجيل، وذلك في إطار تنظيم الحقوق والواجبات الخاصة بالتسجيل في الدورة التدريبية
- Registering for any of our courses does not entitle any trainee to transfer their account to another trainee to attend the course.
- Registering for any of our courses does not entitle any trainee to share any course-related materials (lectures, attachments, books).
- Registering for any of our courses does not entitle any trainee to publish scientific ideas from the written or visual curricula without attributing them to Khadija Holistic and obtaining official permission and approval.
- Registering for any of our courses does not entitle any trainee to request a course exchange after completing the payment process.
- Once payment is completed for any (consultations or case studies), the amount is non-refundable. However, the client may request to reschedule the appointment under the applicable terms and conditions.
- The client has the right to reschedule their appointment once, at least 24 hours before the original appointment. If the client is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment will be considered canceled without a refund.
- التسجيل في أي دورة من دوراتنا لا يعطي الأحقية لأي متدرب بأن يقوم بمنح حسابه لمتدرب أخر حتى يحضرها.
- التسجيل في أي دورة من دوراتنا لا يعطي الأحقية لأي متدرب بنشر أي شيء يتعلق بالمادة العلمية ( محاضرات – مرفقات – كتب )
- التسجيل في أي دورة من دوراتنا لا يعطي الأحقية لأي متدرب نشر الأفكار العلمية في المناهج المكتوبة او المرئية دون أن يقوم بنسبها لمنصة خديجة هوليستك بعد أخذ الاذن والموافقة الرسمية.
- التسجيل في أي دورة من دوراتنا لا يعطي الأحقية لأي متدرب بطلب إستبدال أي دورة مسجل بها بدورة أخرى بعد إتمام عملية الدفع.
بعد إتمام عملية الدفع لأي من (الاستشارات، أو دراسة الحالة)، لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ. يمكن للعميل طلب تأجيل الموعد ضمن الشروط والأحكام المعتمدة.
يحق للعميل تعديل موعد الحجز لمرة واحدة قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من الموعد الأصلي. في حال التأخير لأكثر من 10 دقائق دون إبلاغ مسبق، يعتبر الموعد لاغيًا دون استرداد الرسوم.
Client Registration Policy for Courses and Advisory Sessions:
A.Booking and Registration:
- Registration for the course or advisory session is only confirmed after the payment process is completed.
- The client must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Registration is personal and non-transferable to another person without prior approval.
B.Payment and Refund Policy:
- Full payment must be made at the time of registration, and the booking is not considered confirmed until payment is received.
- All payments are non-refundable.
C.Session and Course Schedule:
- Clients must adhere to the scheduled times, and any delay of more than 10 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation of the session.
- Participants are not allowed to change the scheduled session time except 24 hours before the original session, and only once.
D.Attendance and Discipline Policy:
- Active participation and respect for the course or session rules are required.
- The trainer has the right to exclude any participant who disrupts the system without refunding the fees.
- Sharing training materials with others without official permission is not allowed.
E.Materials and Content Policy:
- All materials provided during the courses and sessions are for personal use only and may not be republished or distributed.
- Recording of sessions or courses is prohibited without prior permission from the trainer or Khadijeh Holistic.
F.Other Policies:
- Policies may be modified according to business circumstances, and clients will be informed of any new changes.
- By registering for any course or session, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned.
سياسة تسجيل العملاء في الدورات والجلسات الاستشارية
A. الحجز والتسجيل:
- يتم تأكيد التسجيل في الدورة أو الجلسة الاستشارية فقط بعد إتمام عملية الدفع.
- يجب على العميل تقديم المعلومات الصحيحة والكاملة أثناء عملية التسجيل
- التسجيل شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل إلى شخص آخر دون موافقة مسبقة.
B. سياسة الدفع والاسترداد:

يجب دفع كامل الرسوم عند التسجيل، ولا يُعتبر الحجز مؤكدًا إلا بعد الدفع.

جميع المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد.
C. مواعيد الجلسات والدورات:

يجب الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة، ويعتبر التأخير لأكثر من 10 دقائق إلغاءً تلقائيًا للجلسة.

لا يحق للمشارك تغيير موعد الجلسة المحجوزة إلا قبل 24 ساعة من الموعد الأصلي، وبحد أقصى مرة واحدة.
D. سياسة الحضور والانضباط:

يجب الالتزام بالمشاركة الفعالة واحترام قواعد الدورة أو الجلسة.

يحق للمدرب استبعاد أي مشارك يخل بالنظام دون استرداد الرسوم.

لا يُسمح بمشاركة المواد التدريبية مع الآخرين دون إذن رسمي.
E. سياسة المواد والمحتوى:

جميع المواد المقدمة خلال الدورات والجلسات هي للاستخدام الشخصي فقط ولا يجوز إعادة نشرها أو توزيعها.

يحظر تسجيل الجلسات أو الدورات دون إذن مسبق من المدرب أو khadijeh holistic .
F. سياسات أخرى

قد يتم تعديل السياسات وفقًا لظروف العمل، وسيتم إبلاغ العملاء بأي تغييرات جديدة.

بالتسجيل في أي دورة أو جلسة، يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة.
